Meet Our Staff

Dr. Abboud Fahoum

Medical Director

In addition of his practice in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, Dr. Fahoum has worked in the field of cardiac rehab for more than a decade. He is passionate about helping community members live a healthier lifestyle, partnering with our clients to set, reach and maintain their health goals. When not at work, Abboud likes to exercise and spend time with his family.



Katie is a recent LPN graduate from NorQuest College. She has an affinity for caring and showing compassion to patients as well as her co workers. She is enthusiastic about enhancing the heart health of patients and always eager to learn and enhance her cardiac education. In her free time she enjoys camping with her family and friends, hiking in the mountains, and baking.



Program Nurse

Miyake’s previous experience within rehab and long term care enables her to take an interdisciplinary medical caregiving approach aimed at optimizing quality of life among patients with cardiac health issues. At home, Miyake enjoys camping in the Rockies and serving up Colombian cuisine to family and friends.

Trish is a recent LPN graduate in April 2019. She has a passion for patient care and is dedicated in making sure she does thorough assessments for patients. On her free time she enjoys going for walks and trips to the mountains.

Chantel Graduated from the LPN program in 2001, and went on to gain most of her experience in the Emergency room and Family medicine. In her free time she enjoys any outdoor activity, Baking, and spending time with her family
